When you spend every day making people’s disposable income turn into horsepower and installing mods that cost as much as some people’s rent, it’s easy to forget that there’s less fortunate people living just down the street from you. With Christmas just a few days away, Solo Motorsports decided to partner with some friends to collect toys for some very deserving children.

Solo, along with Pursuit of Perfection, Ruined Culture, Underground Euro, Moonlight Society ATL, Nawfside, Daily Driven ATL, and MCCIX Records came together to host a toy drive for the Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots.

On Saturday December 20th, 2025 tons of cars filled the massive parking lot at the Solo Dunwoody location; each one with a toy, or bag of toys in some cases in hand to donate to the cause. Car enthusiasts from all over came down to participate in the gathering. I even met a young man with a Nissan 400z who made the 6 hour drive from Fort Bragg. Unlike many car meets in recent years; this meet was quiet and respectful. No hooning, burnouts, or bouncing rev limiters was to be heard. Just the laughter and voices of people making new friends; hugging old friends, and talking about their shared passion.

The toy drive was a huge success as the bed of the F150 that was used to collect the toys was overflowing by the end of the day. As the event started to wind down, and the sun started to fall; every one went home knowing they made a difference in a family’s life.
