This McLaren 600LT visited Solo Motorsports for new Michelin tires and a four-wheel alignment. The service was completed on our in-ground Hunter alignment equipment, which allows us to work carefully around a low, performance-focused car.
McLaren 600LT alignment service
Alignment measurements help show whether the wheels are positioned within the intended specifications. On a car such as the McLaren 600LT, tire condition and alignment should be evaluated together because both influence how the car feels and how evenly the tires wear.
Our technicians inspect the setup, measure the vehicle, and make appropriate adjustments where the hardware allows. The final settings depend on the vehicle, its suspension configuration, tire condition, and how the owner uses it. A street-driven car may need a different approach from a car prepared for frequent track use.
Low-clearance alignment equipment
The in-ground rack provides useful clearance for low vehicles. We also use wheel-mounted measuring equipment designed to reduce unnecessary contact with the wheel surface. These tools support accurate measurements, but the technician still needs to inspect the car and confirm what can be adjusted safely.
