2001 BMW Z3 M Roadster

This rather rare BMW Z3 M Roadster checked in for Vanos rebuild and Maintenance. At 60000 miles this car is in pristine condition, we performed Vanos rebuild and other preventative maintenance. This car is equipped with the S54 engine. The same motor was found in the E46 M3 that is well known amongst Car Enthusiast. In the 5 years from 1998 to 2002, approximately 15,000 M Roadsters were produced for both European and North American markets. This is compared to the 300,000 standard Z3s produced in the same time frame. This makes them very rare and highly desired by car and performance enthusiasts. However, in the last two years of production 2001 and 2002 the Z3 M got a different engine S54 compared to S52 found in the E36 M3s. In 2001 and 2002 only 1600 cars were produced. This one is going to become expensive..
