Fast, raucous wagons are a nasty fetish to a very particular group of people, just like fantasy football or collectible horse figurines, Mercedes knew what they were doing when they shoved a 6.2-liter V8 inside the iconic T-modell silhouette and bestowed the prestigious title of being 1 of 153 that was ordered and delivered to the US market – ontop of that the S211 wasn’t even listed in Mercedes’ US factory literature.
